BREAKING: Farmer pounds hairdresser girlfriend to death with a pestle at Amanfrom
A 27 year old man has killed his 24-year-old hairdresser girlfriend.
The incident happened in the early hours of today at Amanfrom of the Oti Region.
The reports gathered by Filasconews.com indicated that, the suspect, identified as Richard who is a farmer pounded the girlfriend, Thoglo Mawusi, 24, hairdresser to death with a pestle.
The deceased, Mawusi according to the report visited the suspect last night to spend the night together.
When they were inside the room around 8pm, the deceased(Thoglo Mawusi) had a call and went outside to receive it.
The suspect, Richard did not complain after the lady returned to the room and both slept.

The suspect woke up quietly around 3:45pm at dawn, went to his kitchen and picked up a pestle which we normally use to pound local food called “fufu”.
He went to the room with the pestle and continously hit his girlfriend, Thoglo Mawusi till she passed away.
The suspect has been arrested by the police at Kedjabi and has commenced investigation into the matter.
The remains of Mawusi has also been deposited at the morgue for autopsy and preservation.
