E/R: Ghana Post Is Leveraging On Technology To Advance Operations
The Head of Ghana Post Company Limited in the Eastern Region, Madam Carolyn Evelyn Pealore Ajago has revealed that, the efficiency and turnaround at the Ghana Post is attributed to vigorous use of technology, which is now driving the new direction.
According to her, the company has prioritized technology in all aspects of its operations, hence the successful change under the new scope of the company.
The Eastern Regional head of Ghana Post made the revelation in an exclusive interview with Afeema FM’s journalist Kaakyire Kwasi Afari, on Tuesday, 11th October, 2022 at the regional Secretariat in Koforidua.
This, Madam Ajago has pledged for assurance of commitment to render a convincing customer service to Ghana Post customers, partners and stakeholders of the company to harness a better world by improving living standards for humanity.
She mentioned that the success is through increasing the company’s fleet for expanded technology, operations and new market penetration for all.
Madam Carolyn Evelyn Pealore Ajago reveals that, the Ghana Post in the Eastern region is poised to provide excellent customer service to distinguish the brand and gain a competitive advantage over other brands.
According to the regional manager, since Ghanaians are looking forward to seeing a postal service driven by technology and innovation to deliver essential quality service, Ghana Post is and will continue to leverage on Technology to change the scope of their service to suit the interest of its clients.
She said the various innovative services of the company had been designed and tailored to meet the needs of the changing society, noting that people could easily send and receive items nationwide.
“We have done a lot of innovation in Ghana Post. A lot of Technology has come to boost our business so we’re not stagnant, we are developing with technology” she said.
The innovations includes the unveiling of a new Scuttle Parcel Box as part of efforts to transform the agency operations into a world-class digitalized service delivery institution.
She added that the Scuttle Parcel Box is Anti-theft innovation designed with a digital addressing system slot that would help and direct the parcel delivery officers to locate prospective clients.
Carolyn Ajago indicated that, these measures adopted by Ghana Post will present parcels to the people’s doorsteps and, most importantly, serve customers with speed, loyalty, efficiency, and reliability both within Ghana and abroad.
Therefore, madam Evelyn Pealore has encouraged Ghanaians to patronize the 24-hour Services, Gazettes, Postal Service, Courier Service, Financial Service, E-commerce, GhanaPostGPS and other Services of the company to help boost the company’s fortunes.
