WN/R: 52-Year-Old Pentecost Elder Allegedly Kills Himself At Bredi
A 52 year old Pentecost Elder, James Obeng has allegedly kills himself by hanging at a community called Bredi in Bia East District of the Western North Region.
According to the assembly member of the area, Hon. Martin Agyei in an interview with Filasconews.com, the wife of the deceased, Madam Obeng has disclosed that, the incident happened on Friday, 9th September, 2022, at dawn.
Mrs. Obeng, wife to the deceased added that, she came from the market at Sefwi Adabokrom only to see his lover being being hanged with sponge behind their toilet facility.
Elder Obeng left behind a wife and Six(6) children.
His remains had since being conveyed by the police for autopsy and preservation.
Investigations into the matter has also began.
