A Presidential Staffer at the Office of President Nana Addo Dankwa Akufo-Addo has mocked defeated General Secretary of the New Patriotic Party, John Boadu, for prioritizing slay queens ahead of the party when he had power.
On Sunday midnight, John Boadu who appeared too sure of himself ahead of the General Secretary contest was defeated by Lawyer Justin Frimpong Kodua who swept almost all the polling stations including all the Ashanti Region polling stations, beating John Boadu by over 300 Delegate votes.
Reacting to John Boadu’s defeat captured in Screenshots below, the Presidential Staffer and one time protegé of Kwabena Agyepong, Newton Offei Abeiku said he is happy John Boadu lost.
Newton Abeiku suggested that John Boadu surrounded himself with a “choir of praise-singers and self-seeking gluttonous characters” leaving behind those who actually brought him to power.
According to him, when some people are elevated by God, they spend all their time “in bed with slay queens”.
Newton wrote: “When God elevates you so you can lift others in life but you choose to abandon this divine duty, surround yourself with block-headed buffoons, ass-licking gossipers and spend all your time, resources and energy being in bed with slay queens, God takes back His blessing and throws you back into a pit latrine.”
He added: “When politicians tend to value power and wealth more than human beings, and also, surround themselves with infinitesimal choir of praise-singers and self-seeking gluttonous characters and treat with utter contempt, the very human beings who gave them the power, the people will ultimately become wiser and render these politicians miserably powerless, by withdrawing their loyalty and taking back their power.”
He further added: “Ordinary grassroots members are currently burning the midnight oil, battling mosquitoes at the Accra sports stadium to cast ballots to elect you to national party positions.
“However, after asuming office, you would turn round to slam doors in the faces of these very long-suffering party followers and, stupidly, focus all your attention on slay queens.
Meanwhile, these unproductive gold-digging slay queens are in their beds sleeping, as we speak. Such craziness will be dealt a massive blow from tonight, and beyond 2024!!!!”
John Boadu has since his defeat become a subject of social media jokes after his images went viral at the just ended Delegates Conference of the New Patriotic Party at the Accra Sports Stadium.
