SAD NEWS: BEHEADED body of a WOMAN found at Sefwi-Bekwai(PHOTOS, CONTACT)
A beheaded body of a woman, believed to be in her Forties has been found at Sefwi Bekwai in the Western North Region.
Narrating the sadden incident to Filasconews.com today, Friday, July 1, 2022, Hon. Eric Oduro, the Assembly Member for Sefwi Bekwai said, the body of the woman was in an uncompleted building in the electoral area by some labourers.
He said the incident happened on Tuesday, June 28, 2022, by some unknown men.
He said “laborers were hired to fix up the Plaster of Paris (POP) in an uncompleted building and one of them was feeling uneasy so he decided to go to the bushes behind the building to ease himself.
When the laborer was heading to the bushes, he sighted pieces of blood on his way.
Upon approaching, he got to the bushes and saw the lady lying on the ground lifeless and covered with leaves”.
He added in the interview that, the laborer was terrified and quickly rushed back to his colleagues to inform them of what he has seen.
The incident was reported to the police and when the police arrived, they took out the leaves from the lady’s body.
Unfortunately, the police together with the laborers and residents saw that the lady’s head was cut off and was not found.
Since the lady’s head was not found, it has been alleged that the murderers responsible for the lady’s death are going to use the head for rituals.
