NPP Elections: Mampong High Court throws out NEC decisions, Adjourns case
Asante Mampong High Court thrown out the NPP National Executive Council(NEC) led by Hon Cecilia Abena Dapah documents submitted to the court.
According to the NEC dicisions, the court to consider the new album that Mampong NPP Constituency Executives led by the Constituency Chairman,Mr Asare Luther did by denied over thousands of party members to pick forms to context for polling executives for the polling station elections in the Constituency but the court refuse to consider.
The case filed by 35 NPP Mampong Poling Station Executives led by Mr Kofi Sarpong against NPP Executives in Mampong led by Constituency chairman, Mr Asare Luther for denied over thousands of party members to pick forms for polling station elections in the Constituency because they are not on the MP side is still pending and adjoined to 14th July,2022 by His Lordship Justice George Appah Kwarbeng* on the 6th sitting of the case .
The court order the both parties to prepare for the case on the 7th sitting on the 14th July,2022.
