Indecent Exposure: Wa Lovebirds can serve 1-2 years in prison- Lawyer
The issue of the man and woman being lashed at Wa in the Upper West Region after their bedroom video went viral has become a public issue.
Joining the conversation, a Constitutional Lawyer has said, the lovebirds involve in the said video can serve up to in prison if taking on to the legal domain.
Lawyer Kofi Bekai said on a Kumasi Based Silver FM’s Morning Show dubbed omanbapa hosted by Nana Kwabena Ampratwum today, Thursday, June 2, 2022.
He said the couple have their own right to have se_x but it is against the constitution of Ghana to intentionally produces se_xual material to the public and if caught, can be taking on.
“If they are taking to the law court, they can be jailed and serve a jail term of 1 to 2 years”, Mr. Bekai stressed on the show monitored by Filasconews.com.
