Another State Property retrieved by ORAL Team

In a swift and decisive move, the Operation Recover All Loot(ORAL) team, led by Chairman Samuel Okudzto Ablakwa, has successfully intervened to protect state property. The action followed a distress petition from government workers residing in gour bungalows located behind the State House, which were threatened with demolition by unidentified private developers. The developers, accompanied by thugs, claimed to have purchased the land last year and demanded that the residents vacate the premises with immediate effect.

However, President John Dramani Mahama’s National Security Committee swiftly stepped in to secure the place and ensure the safety of the bungalows and their occupants, including government employees from the Ministry of Foreign Affairs and Gender, Children and Social Protection. The president reassured the public that no government owned bungalows are for sale.

The Operation Recover All Loot (ORAL) team then instructed the affected people not to comply with the demands to vacate by the thugs, urging them to remain calm in their homes. In the social media post, Okudzto Ablakwa emphasized that any claims of land sale are fraudulent, urging the so-called developers to seek for a refund from whoever purportedly sold them the land.

“Notice is hereby served that those faceless private developers may proceed for a refund from whoever they purportedly bought the state lands from.” He wrote.

This operation has been hailed as another victory in the fight against state capture, with ORAL continuing its mission to recover and protect public assets at all cost.
