GES announces 2024/2025 academic year reopening | Check the date for first year SHS/SHTS students
Management of the Ghana Education Service (GES) has informed all heads of Senior High / Senior High Technical Schools the re-opening date for 1st year students of the 2024/2025 academic year.
This official notice date Monday July 15, 2025, signed by GES’s Mr. Prince C. Agyemang-Duah, the Ag. Director, Schools and Instructions Division.
Per the served notice, the re-opening date for the 1st year students of the 2024/2025 academic year is Friday, 27th September, 2024 and the vacation date is Friday, 6th December, 2024.
In addition, GES stated that “all other activities, programmes and arrangements for the semester remains unchanged.”
