NLC secures interim injunction against striking teachers
The Labour Division of the High Court in Accra presided over by Justice Frank Rockson Aboadwe has granted an Exparte application from National Labour Commission (NLC) restraining teachers form continuing their strike.
The interim injunction is expected to last for 7 days within which the teachers are to be put on notice.
