The Ghana Education Service (GES) has released the interview results for promotions into various grades within the service.
The management of the Ghana Education Service (GES) wishes to inform staff of Ghana Education Service that the results for the promotion test held on February 28 and 1st March, 2023 to various grades in Ghana Education Service has been released.
Out of 39,918 candidates who were shortlisted for the test, 26,954 representing 67.5% successfully passed.
The grades involved are:
1. Deputy Director
2. Assistant Director I
3. Assistant Director II
4. Principal Superintendent
For the Deputy Director grade 3,538 candidates took the test, out of which 2,330 representing 65.8% were successful.
For Assistant Director I, 10,950 candidates sat for the examination with 7,785 being successful representing 68.8% passed.
14,541 candidates sat the promotion test to Assistant Director II grade, out of the number, 9,568 representing 65.8% were successful.
For the Principal Superintendent grade, a total of 3,329 prospective candidates were shortlisted for the test, out of 2,298 with 69% recorded a pass.
HOW TO CHECK GES PROMOTION RESULT/LIST
GES promotion results are successfully uploaded online, to check your promotion status follow the below lead from:

1. Visit GES Promotion Portal via https://gespromotions.gov.gh
2. Click on Buy eVoucher Card
Fill in the appropriate details and confirm the payment on your mobile device
3. Proceed to the Promotions Login Page and enter your Staff ID and the eVoucher code you received on your mobile device
4. Finally, click on Submit to access your promotion status.
