GES reinstates Fijai SHS headmaster
The Ghana Education Service (GES) has reinstated the headmaster of Fijai Senior High School in the Western Region, Kenneth Agbomadze effective today, May 8, 2023.
Mr Agbomadze was interdicted by GES to pave way for further investigation into alleged collection of illegal fees in the school.
A statement from GES says that, “GES Management directs that the Head, Teachers and Parents of the school should be made to understand that Ghana Education Service (GES) frowns on unauthorized collection of levies and takes every act of illegal collection of monies seriously.”
The Western Region Director of Education who took over the administration of affairs of the school has been directed to handover to Mr Agbomadze with immediate effect.
