Man stabbed to death in a fight over woman by his friend
Norman Sibanda, died after after his friend Obadiah Mhaka stabbed him multiple times in a fight over a well endowed woman.
According to the report, Sibanda died on the spot.
Inspector Emmanuel Mahoko, the Midlands Police Spokesperson confirmed the sad news to the press.
According to the Police Spokesperson, the incident occured on March 15, 2023, at Joel Business Center.
Explaining further to the press, Inspector Emmanuel Mahoko said, on that fateful day around 10pm, the deceased, Norman Sibanda was at a night spot drinking with his girlfriend.
The suspect, Obadiah Mhaka, approached Sibanda’s girlfriend infront of him and proposed love to her. This angered the deceased and fight broke out between the two men.
During the fight, Mhaka produced a knife and stabbed Sibanda. Norman Sibanda(now decease) managed to go home but Mhaka and one other friend, Andrew chased him at home, and also stabbed him multiple times.
He died on the spot and the body has been deposited at the morgue for autopsy and preservation.
The suspect, Mhaka Obadiah has been arrested by the Police while his accomplice is on the run.
