Mr. Abbey Pobee, Chief Executive Officer (CEO) of Neoplan Stars in Ghana, have stated without hesitation that, the Government of Ghana and the Ghana Football Association (GFA) have together joined hands to milk Ghanaians.
According to the Veteran Sports Man, Mr. Pobee, GFA and the Government are duping the Ghanaian citizenry through Blackstars.
