W/R: Residents rush to scoop fuel from a fallen tanker
Residents of Asankran-Saa, near Asankrangwa in the Amenfi West Municipality of the Western Region today rushed to scoop fuel from a tanker that had an accident in the community.
The tanker full of fuel unfortunately overturned at a point on the road at Asankran-Saa community.
Eye witnesses revealed to this portal that, the Tanker was on its way to offload the fuel at Petrosol Filling Station, Kwabeng.
Without collision or crash with another vehicle, the tanker overturned on the road.

Residents of Asankran-Saa, who were around at the time of the incident rushed to the accident to scoop the fuel for their personal use, amidst the dangers of explosion.
However, personnel from the Police and the National Fire Service came to the scene after some residents made a call to their various stations.
They helped to offload the fuel from the fallen tanker into another tanker after dispersing the crowd(residents) from the scene.
