VIDEO: Man allegedly killed by colleagues, dumped in galamsey pit
A man, identified as Mr. Akwasi has allegedly been killed and dumped in a galamsey pit.
According to the report, the incident occured at Konongo (galamsey site).
Some family members of the deceased, believed their brother did not die a natural death but was killed by some of the workers at the site.

Mr. Akwasi’s lifeless body was pulled out from a river on lastweek Wednesday, at a galamsey site in Konongo.
He went missing for a while at the site but was later found beneath one of the muddy waters at the site.
Some relatives suspect foul play saying, he was murdered by his envy colleagues and thrown into the muddy water.
As at the time of filling this report, the police in Konongo has released the body to his family from Adinkra in the Obuasi Municipality and has deposited it at Mangoase Government hospital’s morgue for autopsy and preservation.
