Empowering electorates with decent life, Key to political representation – PC hopeful
Mr. Godwin Hunnuor Bobobee, the parliamentary candidate hopeful for the Asuogyaman constituency in the Eastern region on the ticket of the opposition National Democratic Congress (NDC) said political representation is about empowering the people to live a decent life
According him, he is in the race to contest the upcoming parliamentary primaries with a project dubbed ,The Asuogyaman Project to enable him pursue a holistic Human Capital development in order to adequately Empower the electorates to have a decent Life through their share of the national cake
He stated that, the touching lives and empowering the people would enable him attending to the basic needs of the people which must always be a priority in enhancing the delivery of a decent lives to contribute their quota fully to the development of the country as a whole.
He was of the view that, it’s long overdue for electorates to be vigilant in electing who to politically represent them, in order not to allow individuals to deceive them in getting their votes with false promises and deliver differently ones they get the nod into Parliament.
He urged politicians to always promise what they can deliver and desist from deceptions in order not to gives the electorates room to say politician can not be trusted, which he said could endanger the political and Democratic gains that have been chalk over the years.
