The respect we have for our elders seems to be diminished in our societies especially Ghana.
Children, mainly school children in the Senior High Level lack the respect for elders in the country.
Children can now use vulgar and unprintable words against their elders without taking into consideration what the Bible said, “Respect your parents in order to get a long life”.
That teaching and saying is no more in our mindsets.
In a video going viral on social media, students of Chiana Senior High School in the Kassena Nankana West District are seen using unacceptable words against the President of the land, Nana Addo Dankwa Akuffo Addo.
The students, females use vulgar words on the President that I cannot repeat it hear.
However, the Ghana Education Service (GES) has commenced investigation into the circumstances leading to uncalled behaviour of the students.
The school authorities have been tasked to investigate the circumstances surrounding the bad attitude of the students and also parents of the students identified in the viral have also been invited by GES to help in the investigation.
