I Have Not Quit Kessben Media – Akuoko Kwarteng Fumes From UK.
One of the key media personalities in the country, Kwabena Akuoko Kwarteng popularly known as “Hon” or “KAK” has denied categorically about the rumour going rounds that he has relocated to the UK leaving Kessben Media after 20 years of professional dedicated service.
According to the ace broadcaster, he has not quit Kessben Media.
“I’m here(United Kingdom) for a few days and will come back soon. What is all these falsehood about”, Hon Akuoko Kwarteng stated this when Filasconews.com reached him to find out if the news going rounds is true.
According to him he only posted a picture he took at Heathrow airport upon arrival in the United Kingdom(UK) on Facebook which is very normal, so he was very surprised at the turn of events because he posted the same last year when he arrived at the Charles de Gaulle Airport in Paris, France on official trip but it did not caused any rumour.
“I’m shocked to hear all those rumours because last year I did same thing when I arrived at Paris(France) but that did not generate controversy. So why these UK airport photo of Akuoko being posted on the same Facebook is stirring the airwaves”, Akuoko stressed.
He rubbished the speculations and entreated his followers and listeners to disregard the information.
He assured during the interview that he is on personal trip on the British Land and will soon return to Ghana and resume work at his station, Kessben Media.
