Driver who killed his wife at Oyoko has been arrested at Gomoa Fetteh

Police in the Central Region have arrested a suspect who allegedly killed his wife at Oyoko, a surburb of Koforidua in the New Juaben North municipality of the Eastern region at Gomoa Fetteh in the Gomoa East District.
Abeiku, a driver is wanted by the police in the Eastern region for killing his wife on Friday dawn and later fleeing to a hide out.
The deceased, Gifty Tetteh 27, and the suspect have been married for sometime now with two children, aside another child of the deceased.
According to reports, there have been ugly incidents between the two following the decision to take back a taxi cab the deceased’s mother bought for the suspect.
Sources revealed the taxi cab was taken from the suspect due to his inability to take good care of the vehicle which was supposed to be the bread winner for the family.
Meanwhile, the body of the deceased has been deposited at the morgue while police are still investigating to unravel the motive behind the suspect’s devilish decision.
