Last night’s untimely death of one of South Africa’s finest DJs and music producers, DJ Sumbody, sparked a lot of furore online.
While details of his death are still muddled in secrecy, social media has come up with a myriad of conspiracies with regard to what really transpired.

Among many theories currently trending online, his relations to fellow musician Cassper could be one important issue to look into, according to social media users.
After noticing an alarming trend of South African young talent losing their lives in such a short space of time, social media feels there could also be a need to forewarn some of the A-listers in the country starting with Cassper Nyovest.
Most of the recent musicians who lost their lives – the likes of Ricky Rick who committed suicide, Prokid, Killer Kau who died in a deadly car accident together with Mpura and now Dj Sumbody – were all very close to Cassper Nyovest.
While their deaths do not have anything in common and do not in any way involve Cassper Nyovest, some fans think Cassper Nyovest is the only remaining musician among those who are close in his circle.
This has led some to send prayers to the rapper as they believe he could be the next in line.
Despite these worrying conversations online, some users believe Cassper could be going through a lot considering how close he was to most of these musicians who lost their lives in the past few years.

Cassper and DJ Sumbody had been close friends before the latter’s death. Media reports once reported that the duo had a fallout over some business issues a few years back but Cassper denied these allegations and revealed that the two were still close friends.-iHarare
