The sad information reaching Filasconews.com from Ashanti Region indicates that, the District Chief Executive (DCE) for Offinso has kicked the bucket.
According to the report, the DCE Hon. David Kwasi Asare died during the weekends.
Hon. David Kwasi Asare has been sick for sometime now before passing on.
The main cause of his death is yet to be revealed.
