Ankaako Chief, Queenmother donate to Wawase Police furniture
The Chief of Ankaako in the Hemang Lower Denkyira District of the Central Region, Nana Obeng Nuakoh II and his Queen Mother, Nana Abena Fosuaa ll have donated office tables and chairs to the police command of Denkyira Wawase.
Speaking in an interview with Isaac Amponsah, morning show host of Bankam Fm, Nana Obeng Nuakoh II acknowledged the important role of the police in fighting crime and maintaining law and order in the Wawase community and it enclaves.
Nana said they made the donation as a sign of appreciation and encouragement to continue the endless efforts of combating crime by the Police.
In receiving the donation, Chief Inspector Victor Horvey expressed his gratitude to Nana obeng Nuakoh II and his Queen mother Nana Abena Fosuaa ll for such a wonderful gesture.
Chief Inspector Victor Horvey promised his men will work hard to providing adequate security in maintaining law and order as well as fighting Crime.
As part of his social responsibility, Nana Obeng Nuakoh II released a sum of Ghc 4,700 for the maintenance of a borehole pipe that serves water to the people of Ankaako community.
