2020 Election: A Watchman And A Thief Caused Our Defeat- NDC’s Hon. Ansei Boldly Speaks
Former Deputy Spokesperson for the National Democratic Congress (NDC) during the 2020 general elections, Hon. Margaret Ansei has blamed some people for the defeat of the National Democratic Congress (NDC) during the 2020 general elections.
Speaking on Silver fm News with Kwabena Wireko, she stated that, a thief and watchman responsible for the elections rigged the results to enable NPP win the elections.
Emphasizing who is the said Watchman, Hon. Margaret revealed that, the Electoral Commission (EC) Chaired by Mrs. Jane Mensah.
According to her, the NDC will not sit unconcern to enable anyone rig the 2024 general elections.
She added that, this is the reason why the party has embarked on Agenda 1million votes in Ashanti region by registering new members.
She believes that, their agenda will come into fruitfulness per the records they got during the 2020 general elections.
Hon. Margaret Ansei again confirmed that, she will be contesting for the National Women’s Organizer, a position filled by Madam Hannah Bissiw.
According to her, she has served the party faithfully and is capable of doing the job well if voted as the next National Women’s Organizer.
