Angry residents threaten demonstration over bad roads in Samreboi(Contacts, Photos)
The angry residents of Samreboi in the Amenfi West District of the Western Region have threatened to stage a demonstration against the government over the bad roads in Samreboi.
Speaking to the media, the people, especially the youths said, the roads in the area have been in a deplorable state for years and now they want authorities to fix them.
They disclosed in the interview that, they want the bad road networks to be tarred.
They revealed that, several letters have been written to the office of the DCE but to no avail.
Their Member of Parliament, Hon. Eric Afful, they say is also not concern about their grievances since his assumption into office for the past 8 years.
They residents have therefore vowed to hit the streets of Samreboi in their numbers for the third time to demonstrate against the authorities as well as the Government.
Speaking to Filasconewa.com on July 21, 2022, Mr. Boateng, the President of the Concerned Youth of Samreboi said, the youth will not relent on their efforts untill the roads problem are solved.
