An accident on Asitey Mountains in the Eastern Region has killed a driver’s mate.
The mate, identified as Kofi Emmanuel Dompreh with his driver died in the gory accident involving a 12-wheel man diesel truck.
According to eyewitness report, the man diesel truck fails brakes and somersaulted from Asitey mountains.
The driver, Mohammed Awudu sustained greed of injuries and currently receiving treatment at the St Martin’s de Porres hospital at Agomanya.
The body of the deceased has been deposited at the Atua government hospital mortuary for preservation and autopsy.
