Kyei Mensah survives mob attack at Suame over poor roads
The majority Leader in Parliament today survived mob attack at Suame in the Ashanti Region.
It was embarrassment and humiliation when artisans at the Suame Magzine hooted and chased the Member of Parliament for the Suame Constituency and Majority Leader, Hon. Osei Kyei Mensah Bonsu during a demonstration organized in the municipality.
Their grievances were that the MP cum the Majority Leader and Minister for Parliamentary Affairs woefully failed the constituency in the area of development.
The MP, they say has served the constituency for so many years yet, the road network in the Suame Municipality is in its poor state.
The hooting was triggered when the member of parliament attempted to explain why roads in his constituent have been delayed to the demonstrators.
But his explanation could not satisfy the demonstrators who chanted and hooted in a form of rejection of the MP’s explanation.
