BREAKING: Mentally-Challenged Man butchers 4 people at Krom-Adwafo(CONTACT)
Four people are battling for their lives at Kuntenase Government Hospital after a mentally challenged man butchered them.
Two out of the Four were butchered on Saturday, July 16, at Krom-Adwafo in the Bosomtwe District of the Ashanti Region.
While the remaining two were butchered by the same person yesterday, Sunday, July 17, 2022, in the same locality.
Narrating the sadden incident to Filasconews.com today, Monday, July 18, 2022, eye witness and a resident in the Krom-Adwafo community, Mr. Emmanuel Osei said, the suspect, Kwaku Sarkodie a.k.a Ahy3de3 or Oso was apprehended stealing plantain by the farmer.
In order to freeing himself, Kwaku Sarkodie inflicted severe machete wounds on the farmer in the bush on Saturday.
The incident escalated in the community, pushing the youths in the area to manhandle him and in the process, he also butchered another person and took to his heel.
The youth gathered themselves and went to his location to apprehend him on Sunday(yesterday).
He struggled with them and butchered two other people.
The four victims are receiving treatment at the Kuntenase Government Hospital.
The suspect, Kwaku Sarkodie was arrested by the Kuntenase police yesterday but they have released him and currently walking freely in the same community.
The residents are worried because, this is not the first of it kind in the community by the same person.
They are therefore calling the police, particularly police in the Bosomtwe District (Kuntenase) to up their game.
