A/R: Angry Teachers Fight Education Directorate Over Unlawful Transfer(Contacts)

The entire teachers of Kotei Roman Catholic Junior High School are facing transfer over apology letter.
Education directorate in Oforikrom municipality of the Ashanti Region is allegedly planning the transfer of all the teaching staff of Kotei R/C JHS.
According to the about 14 teachers, the directorate is demanding they write an apology letter for no misconduct committed, which they’ve refused.
They allege their refusal to write the undeserving letter has caused the directorate to inform them to prepare for transfer.
Speaking on Omanbapa Morning Show on Silver FM in Kumasi monitored by Filasconews.com, one of the embattled teachers, Mr. Adunkwah Addo Emmanuel said, the directive by the leaders forcing to write the apology letter is illegal infringes on their rights therefore, they will not do so.
He told the host of the program, Nana Kwabena Ampratwum that, he will fight till his last breath to avoid the illegalities on the part of the directorate.
