An Economist, Dr. Anomah Sampson has gone hard on Ghana’s Speaker of Parliament, Mr. Alban Kingsford Sumana Bagbin.

Speaking on a Kumasi based radio, Silver FM on Friday, January 28, 2022, Dr. Anomah described Mr. Bagbin, as a disgrace to the house and wants him sacked as speaker.
The Economist, who is also a Senior Lecturer at Kumasi Technical University (KsTU), believe Mr. Kingsford Sumana Bagbin is tactically procrastinating the effectiveness of government’s businesses in the house with his own proclaimed ill-health status.
Citing the Electronic Levy (E-Levy) for instance, the emotional lecturer alleged that, the speaker is intentionally delaying its approval in order to frustrate government business.

“Masa, I don’t understand this speaker and the minority, their stance on the E-Levy is illogical and I can’t fathom why they are frustrating the process.
I know speaker Bagbin, is intentionally absenting himself from Parliament businesses just to put the E-Levy approval on hold, which is needless to the people of Ghana”, Dr. Anomah Sampson revealed to the host of the program, Nana Ampratwum, stressing that, he should be sacked”.
