FoDKo Storms Fomina, Inaugurates New Branch
Friends Of Dr. Kwaku Oteng Society Ghana (Fodko) has officially launched the Fomina branch on Sunday, 29th May 2022, in the Adansi-North District of Ashanti.
The FoDKo Society-Ghana since its formation has opened districts and municipal branches within and out of Ghana in their bid to celerate and propagate the work of the living legend, Dr. Kwaku Oteng for making life meaningful to many in society.
Launching the new branch, the Fomina Akwammuhene, Nana Kwedu Kwakye used the occasion to urge the president of Fodko, Mr. James Athur Darko, and his executives to facilitate innovative entrepreneurial opportunities to support members as a means of job creation.
The President, Mr. James Athur Darko in his speech, started that it’s the vision of the organization to reach out to every member where job opportunities are provided to motivate membership participation.
In a brief background of the organization, James Arthur explained that the group was born out of the name, Dr Kwaku Oteng upon who’s name the association is bearing.
Dr Kwaku Oteng, according the Mr Arthur, was born in 1970 at Toase in the Ashanti Region of Ghana and an Entrepreneur and a philanthropist of international repute who is the founder and Chief Executive Chairman of Angel Froup.
Following his life changing initiative, Dr Kwaku Oteng has provided a platform in the transportation sector, construction, Real Estate development among others in his bid to create job opportunities for the Ghanaian people. And this has deemed the right to celebrate his life achievements.
