BREAKING NEWS: Driver Killed After Heavy Truck Falls On Him At Bantama(VIDEO, PHOTOS)
A driver of Contractor Construction Limited in Kumasi has met his untimely demise at Bantama in the Kumasi Metropolitan Assembly (KMA) after his own truck fell on him.
According to eye witnesses who spoke to Filasconews.com, the truck of the said driver initially involved in an accident at Gee-Round About where it crushed several Trotro vehicles.
The driver, later tried moving the accident vehicle to their site.
My checks at the accident scene discovered that, the police personnel at the accident scene disagreed with the decision for the accident truck to be moved without police investigation but the construction firm didn’t give in to the advice.
Unfortunately, the same driver moved the truck and it summersaulted at Nimo Pharmacy(Bantama), falling on him and killing him instantly.
The body has been deposited at the KATH’s morgue.
The incident happened yesterday around 6:45pm.
The driver was removed from the truck this morning at 1:15am.
As at the time of filing this report the accident truck is still there.
