BANTAMA: Let’s Allow Asenso Boakye To Go For Second Term – Okyem Aboagye
The former Member of Parliament for Bantama Constituency, Hon. Daniel Okyeam Aboagye has stated that the NPP faithfuls in the Bantama Constituency should allow Hon.Asenso Boakye who is also the minister for Works and Housing to go for his second term as MP for Bantama so as to promote development in the area.
According to Okyeam, the Constituency needs consistency which can help bring more development in the area.
He said even if he is pressured by his supporters to contest, he will consult the sitting MP and possibly sit aside for him to continue.
He was speaking to SIR MIKE host of Asanteman FM morning show Tuesday monitored by this portal.
The former MP again condemned the party executives in the Constituency on how badly their polling station elections were conducted.
He therefore appealed to the party leaders to help resolve all internal issues and ensure deserving party members are allowed to contest if not will affect the fortunes of the party in 2024.
