Light Poles, Classrooms And Houses Pulled Down By Downpour At Obogu(VIDEO, PHOTOS)

A heavy downpour has pulled down half of Obogu Community’s buildings in the Asante Akim South District of the Ashanti Region.

The incident occured Sunday, March 20, 2022 at the said town.

A resident, Osei Kwame speaking to filasconews.com said, almost half of the town is in tatters as the rainfall has ripped all the roofs on the buildings.

He said, not residence alone were touched but, schools and electricity poles in Obogu have all been demolished by the downpour.

“When you come to the community now, all the electricity cables have scattered all over and the Community is now experiencing dumsor because of the rain.
