Ugandan’s Speaker of Parliament, RT. Hon. Jacob Oulanyah has passed away on his medical leave abroad.
He was on a medical review in the United States of America.
The Uganda’s speaker of Parliament was reportedly in office for only 10 months.
The Country has declared a state of mourning while the Prssudency plans his funeral.
