2nd Lady Trains 40 Women In Soap Making In Atwima Nwabiagya
As part of strategic planning to improve living condition of women nationwide, Samira Humanitarian Empowerment an NGO by Her Excellency Samiria Bawumia have successfully trained 40 women from Atwima Nwabiagya Municipality of the Ashanti region in areas of soap making and detergents as well as given out certificates to them to start their entrepreneurial skills.
According to Hon Aminu Gariba( Director of Operations) at the Second Lady, he hinted that its their vision to empower over 10,000 women nationwide to be skillfully trained to their improve living conditions.
Hon Michael Amoah Awuku ( MCE for Atwima Nwabiagya Municipal Assembly was grateful to the Second Lady for the support and advised the benefiaries to make good use of the training received.
Finally, Hon Diana Asamoah( Atwima Nwabiagya South Constituency Women’s Organizer) and some of the beneficiaries who were elated of the training hailed the second lady for the support and assured that they would make a great impact to their communities.
