JUST IN: TIMBER logs fall-off at Sokoban in two separate accidents, millions of properties destroyed(VIDEO)
TIMBER logs have fell off from two separate vehicles at Sokoban in the Kumasi Metropolitan Assembly (KMA) of the Ashanti Region.
The Assembly member of Sokoban Electoral Area, Hon. Kwadwo Boateng explained to Nana Kwabena Ampratwum on Silver Omanbapa morning show today, August 3, 2022, that, fence walls of some buildings in the area have been destroyed by the logs.
This first incident according to the assembly member happened on Monday, August 1, 2022.
As at the time of filling this report today, Wednesday, August 3, 2022, around 4:25pm, Filasconews.com has gathered that, another truck loaded with timber logs has also fell off in the same community.
Meanwhile, the assembly member of the area, Hon. Boateng has confirmed to this fresh incident in a telephone call interview with Filasconews.com.
He said, ” Yes my brother, same incident has just happened in my area again and I’m on my way going to the place.
“Within two days, two timber trucks have accidentally offloaded their logs in my community and millions of properties have destroyed”, Hon. Kwadwo Boateng added in the interview.
