Motor Rider Crushed to death by ECG Vehicle(PHOTOS)
A motor rider , Kwame Dzobone, a 35 years old man has been crushed to death by Nkwanta South Municipal ECG Nissan pick- up vehicle with the registration number GN1599-15 on the Nkwanta Brewaniase road on the Eastern corridor road in the Nkwanta South Municipality of the Oti region.
The accident, according to an eye witness, Mr Wise the accident occurred in the late hours (5:55pm )of Sunday February 27,2022 following a head-on coalition.
The witness told newsmen that the driver of the vehicle was on the road from Nkwanta heading to Brewaniase with high speed and abruptly rammed through the motorbike, killing the rider instantly.
“This is the third time ECG vehicle is killing somebody here so the police must do something about it and deal with this driver accordingly”.
The Nkwanta South Municipal police crime officer ASP Lawrence Wiafi has stated that the incident has been reported to them and they are yet to launch investigation to ascertain the actual cause of the accident since the driver of the vehicle is nowhere to be found after the incident and has been given an ultimatum to come and report himself or face the law.
