It is very worrying that, our own Member of Parliament (MP) has turned against Government.

According to Hon. Michael Okyere Baafi, the MP for New Juaben South Constituency in the Eastern Region, on the ticket of the New Patriotic Party (NPP), the MP for Dome Kwabenya in the Greater Accra Region, Hon. Sarah Adwoa Sarfo is sabotaging Government’s business.
He has accused his colleague MP of undermining the incumbent government work.
Hon Baafi claimed that while the Majority leaders in Parliament are evasive about the subject, he has information that the Minister for Women, Gender and Social Protection is using her position “as a negotiating chip.”
“Except for one guy, Adwoa Safo, 136 of us; the NPP MPs go to Parliament… When you ask the leaders, they refuse to offer direct answers.
We don’t know where Adwoa Safo is… she doesn’t show up in parliament, which is concerning… plainly, her behavior indicates that she wants to destabilize the NPP; I’m saying on the authority… she’s to fault for all our difficulties. You don’t have to blackmail the party if you’re unwell.
