Ay3ka: Residents call over 10 River gods to invoke curse on their Chief, other big men for selling their farm lands unlawfully
Some Residents from the royal family at Onwe in the Ejisu Municipality of the Ashanti Region have invoked curse on their chief, Nana Asokwa Danka Gyeabour ll and other people for selling their farm land to unknown people for sand wining .
They alleged that, their lands have been sold by the chief to some individuals for sand-wining activity without their notice.
“Our lands, cultivated with rice have all been sold out and destroyed”.
They revealed that, the lands were offered to them by their ancestors for Rice farming, in order to benefit the future generation in the area, hence any attempt to destroy them would be blocked.
Mr Akwasi Antwi, Spokesperson for the family, today called on the following river gods: River Oda, River Asrapong, River Asansu, Antoa Nyamaa, River Abura , River Ayanta etc. to deal with anyone indulging in the selling and destroying of their lands.
