“During the tenure of the late former President, Atta Mills, I wanted any Ghanaian President who was very powerful enough to implement certain rules such that, he will decide to bring together the Chiefs in Ghana and make the Otumfo, Osei Tutu II and the paramount chiefs our overall leader; if that President could rule the country for more that two weeks, I would immediately vacate my seat as Dormaahene”, Dormaahene, Oseadeyo Agyemang Badu emphatically stated.
