VIDEO: MAN who attempted beheading a WOMAN busted, nearly lynched in Central Region
A man in his 30s was nearly lynched after he attempted beheading a woman and wounded another person at Gomoa Mamfam in the Gomoa East District of the Central Region.
He was beaten to pulp by the angry youth and dragged to the Awutu Bereku Police station.
Police sources say, the victim went to Gomoa Mamfam new site to allegedly cut off the woman’s head for rituals but luck eluded him and he was arrested by the area boys after the woman shouted for help.
Gomoa East District has been classified us a hotspot in terms of criminal activities according to the National Security report.
In an interview with power FM news Reporter Alex Donkoh, a resident of Awutu Breku Police Barracks, Mr. Kojo Baah said, they were at the police station when the saw somebody inside a kia truck to the police station.
Kojo Baah says , when they asked the driver of the kia truck, he told them that, the suspect tried to killing a woman at Gomoa Mamfam after the victim denied him food he requested for.

He said, the suspect wounded a good Samaritan who save the woman from his evil act.
