Breaking news: 31st night missing boy found dead, mother suspects foul play

Young boy has been found dead today after he was reported missing from home on 31st December, 2021.

Bright Adjei, 24, had a misunderstanding with his friends leading to a deadly clash at Dunkwa-Abesewa in Upper Denkyira East of the Central Region.

Since then, he went missing from the house.

Bright Adjei’s lifeless body was found today in River Subin at Dunkwa-Bidieso by the police in the area.

However, the deceased mother, Mrs. Juliet Ama Krah has stated after the retrieval of her son’s body in the river that, Bright was killed by his friends on the 31st night and dumped into the river.

Explaining further to the press, the disheartened mother disclosed that, her late son left home on the 31st night at about 3:30pm and never returned.

Madam Krah continued that, she later had information from some residents that, her 24-year-old son, Bright Adjei has been stabbed with bottles by the friends in a fight, and dumped into the river Subin.

She added that, all attempts to find him proved futile but was finally found today by the police at the said location.

The body had since been conveyed to the morgue for autopsy and preservation whiles police commenced investigation into the matter.
