Nana Bosnu, believed to be in his early 30s has been arrested by the Asokore Mampong Police over murder of a middle aged woman alleged to be prostitute.
The assembly member of Parkoso Electoral area, Hon. Emmanuel Broni in an interview on Silver FM’s morning show chaired by Nana Ampratwum today, December 14, explained that, the suspect is an ex convict.
He added that, on Monday, December 13, 2021, the suspect, Nana Bonsu invited the alleged commercial sex worker to his house to have a deal with her.
After satisfying his libido, he allegedly slashed the throat of the woman and dragged her out of the room into a backyard plantain farm.
Where he also hit her head with blocks killing her instantly.
Hon. Broni continued that, some labourers roofing a building near the place of the incident saw the suspect in the act.
“The chased him and he was nabbed”, he disclosed in that interview monitored by filasconews.
The residents beat him and finally handed him to the Asokore Mampong Police.
The body of the woman had since been conveyed to the morgue whiles investigation ongoing.
