The Headteacher of Konongo Odumase Senior High School (KOSS), Dr. Kwaku Baah has stated that, the four juveniles discharged on Monday, December 6, 2021, by the Konongo District Court in the Ashanti Region would have to be relocated to different.
According to the Headteacher, the suggestion is to safeguard their own safety and avoid stigmatization in the school.
The four (4) juveniles standing trial in connection with the death of a first year student of the Konongo Odumase Senior High School, Larhan Samun’un were discharged today.
However, the 17 year prime suspect, Emmanuel Frimpong has been remanded based on Attorney General’s advice to transferring the case to the High Court.
Meanwhile, the prosecution said the four discharged juveniles will continue to be witnesses in the case.
The court was presided over by Her Worship, Joyce Bamfo.
