Commercial Transport Operators have suspended their intended strike scheduled today, Monday, December 6, 2021.
Confirming the good news on Silver Omanbapa Morning Show on Monday, December 6, 2021, Chairman of the Progressive Transport Owners Association (PROTOA) in the Ashanti Region, Mr. Joseph Mensah said, several consultation between industry players has led to their suspension today.
He told the host, Nana Ampratwum that, “government has promised us with drastic reduction on fuel therefore we’ve to suspend the strike”.
Mr. Mensah added on the show monitored by filasconews that they have communicated the new development to all their customers.
