MP donates LED street bulbs to Abirem community to curb insecurity

The MP donated the items to the community through the Chief of Abirem, Obrempong Kwasi Amoh.

As part of security measures to curb insecurity within the New Abirem community, the Member of Parliament for the area, Hon. John Osei Frimpong has donated 100 LED streets bulbs to the Abirem community.

The MP who doubles as the Chairman of the Parliamentary Select Committee on Food, Agriculture and Cocoa Affairs said, it is part of his measures to curbing insecurity in his catchment area.

The donation was made at a short colourful ceremony at Abirem today.

Chief of Abirem, Obrempong Kwasi Amoh Kyeretwie (I), the Adontenhene of Abirem and many other dignitaries graced the occasion.

Top party executives in the Constituency also presented themselves at the ceremony.

The MP pledged his unflinching support to the Abirem community.
